John serves as the partner in charge of the tax, estate planning and employee benefits practice at Strasburger & Price, LLP of Dallas, Texas. He has more than 24 years of experience advising clients on all phases of estate planning probate and trust law. John’s practice involves advising clients on all phases of estate planning and the preparation of wills and trusts, and he has also worked extensively with private foundations, tax exempt entities, gift planning, marital property agreements, and estate and business planning for closely-held businesses including Family Limited Partnerships. John was appointed to the board of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of North Texas in 1997, and has also served as the chapter’s board chair. Since 2003 he has served the national organization as a member of its Strategic Planning Task Force and in September 2004 was elected to the National Board. |
