Prior to joining BCA in January 2003, Jack served as vice president of Nelson Capital Corporation (NCC). During his eight years at NCC, he managed the merchant banking firm’s principal investing and advisory services activities in the healthcare, business services, financial services, and technology industries. Prior to joining NCC, Jack was employed by Accenture (previously Andersen Consulting) as an information technology consultant. He sits on the board of directors of InfoPartners, Inc. and Consumers Insurance Group, Inc., and served on the board of Inphact, Inc. He held board visitation rights with Performics, Inc. as well as HealthStream, Inc. prior to its IPO in 2000. He was designated a Chartered Financial Analyst in 1998.
