John K. Bakewell has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company since 2000. He was the Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Altra Energy Technologies, Inc., a software and e-commerce solutions provider to the energy industry, from 1998 to 2000. Mr. Bakewell was the Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Cyberonics, Inc., a publicly held manufacturer of medical devices for the treatment of epilepsy and other neurological disorders, from 1993 to 1998. He was the Chief Financial Officer of ZEOS International Ltd., a publicly held manufacturer and direct marketer of personal computers and related products, from 1990 to 1993. Mr. Bakewell is a director of ev3 Inc., a public endovascular medical device company. |
