Since August 2003, Mr. Figone has been directly responsible for all strategic business development efforts, marketing, corporate capitalization, mergers and acquisitions, and general counsel for US Dataworks. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Figone served as senior counsel at Pillsbury, Winthrop, Shaw, Pittman as well as Ferrari, Olsen, Ottoboni and Bebb LLP, both technology law firms focusing on business development, capitalization strategies, mergers and acquisitions, corporate compliance, and general corporate law. Prior to that, as special assistant to the Mayor's Office with the City and County of San Francisco, he negotiated business transactions, collectively bargained union employment contracts for management, and facilitated, inter alia, the establishment of City's business development policies and inter/intra-agency work rules. Mr. Figone holds an LL.M from Golden Gate University, a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco, and a Bachelors of Arts from Dartmouth College. |
