Mr. DiPietro has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Chronix Biomedical Inc, a private biotechnology company. Mr. DiPietro was a member of the Board of Chronix Biomedical from February 2003 through July 2006. From September 1999 to September 2002 he was the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President-Finance and Administration of Tripath Technology, Inc., a semi-conductor manufacturing company. He served as Calypte’s Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary from December 1997 through September 1999. From October 1995 until December 1997, he served as Calypte’s Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary. He is a Certified Public Accountant and received his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Accounting from Lehigh University. |
