John Murphy, President and COO, leads the next generation of management at S.M. Electric. Under his leadership, the company will continue to build on its strong legacy of quality performance and customer satisfaction. John has spent considerable time reaching out to customers, identifying particular needs and addressing concerns. This hands-on approach affords him tremendous insight into the specific challenges that customers face. At the same time, it presents opportunities for S.M. Electric to develop new services and provide solutions for those challenges. John also has addressed many critical industry issues through leadership positions with the IBEW and the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA). As company president John will merge his industry perspective and in-depth customer knowledge, providing him with an invaluable vantage point from which to oversee the S.M. Electric team. |
