John J. Mulligan was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Philip Morris Capital Corporation on April 1 2001. Philip Morris Capital Corporation’s business consists of managing its investments in leveraged leases and structured financing transactions. Its sizable portfolio includes a broad mix of investments across a wide variety of industry segments such as aircraft manufacturing facilities power generation assets and real estate.
Mr. Mulligan previously served as Vice President Lease/Structured Finance at Philip Morris Capital Corporation from 1994 to 2001. At varying times he was responsible for new business generation strategic portfolio initiatives and overseas business development.
Mr. Mulligan also served as a Director Structured Finance from 1987 to 1994. He joined the company in 1986 as Manager Lease Financing Philip Morris Capital Corporation. Prior to joining the company Mr. Mulligan was active in marketing and business development for Manufacturers Hanover Leasing Corporation from 1979 to 1986.
Mr. Mulligan attended Holy Cross College and received a B.A. in Liberal Arts from St. John’s University (New York) in 1976. He received a Masters in Business and Accounting from Fordham University (New York) in 1981. |
