John J. Mcmahon Jr. has served as a director of ProAssurance since February 27 2002. Since 1999 Mr. McMahon has served as Chairman of Ligon Industries (manufacturer of wastewater treatment equipment and aluminum castings) and as Chairman of the Executive Committee of McWane Inc. (pipe and valve manufacturing company) in Birmingham Alabama. Prior to that time Mr. McMahon served as Chairman of the Board of McWane Inc. Mr. McMahon also serves as a director of John H. Harland Co. Protective Life Corporation and Alabama National Bancorporation |
