John practice focuses on commercial, general corporate, business and finance law. He negotiates and facilitates all types of commercial financings and loan transactions, as well as mergers, acquisitions and divestitures for a number of public and privately-held businesses. John negotiates sales and distribution agreements and provides clients with general contract counseling. He also advises clients on corporate structuring and restructuring issues, as well as corporate succession planning. John is a member of the American, Ohio and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Wharton Club of Cleveland. John began his tenure with Calfee in 1998 and became a partner in 2008. |
