John J. Longino, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Alesco Financial Inc.. Mr. Longino serves as an executive vice president of Cohen & Company. Prior to joining Cohen & Company, Mr. Longino was co-founder and co-managing partner of Apex Integrated Solutions LLC, a provider of outsourced accounting and finance services. Mr. Longino worked in public accounting from 1980 to 2002 where he served a variety of public and private companies with real estate and financial services businesses. As a partner with Arthur Andersen LLP, Mr. Longino had responsibility for various public offerings, due diligence engagements and SEC matters. During his tenure with Andersen, Mr. Longino served as the Partner-in-Charge of Administration and Chief Financial Officer for the firm's Mid-Atlantic Market Circle, which included Andersen offices in Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Baltimore, Lancaster and Richmond. |
