Mr. Latsko has extensive experience in the construction industry and has managed the renovation and construction of financial facilities for both banks and credit unions. Specific services associated with these programs have included programming, space planning, merchandising, budget development and value engineering. Mr. Latsko will help you develop your construction program. His prime responsibility is to organize the programming issues for this specific assignment.
