Mr. Kelly, is the chief accounting officer of our Company and Centerline Capital. Prior to joining Centerline Capital in 2004, Mr. Kelly was employed by Vertis Holdings, Inc., and Chancery Lane Capital from 1997 to 2002. Mr. Kelly held prior positions with Pfizer, Inc., Melville Corporation and KPMG. Mr. Kelly holds a bachelor of business administration in accounting from Old Dominion University and is a certified public accountant in New York.
