Mr. Gorman became the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tejas Incorporated in August 1999 and still serves in that capacity. He was the CEO of Tejas Incorporated from August 1999 through June 2004. He served as Chairman of Tejas Securities Group Inc. from July 1997 until August 2005.
Over the past 19 years John has gained a wealth of leadership experience in working with large national as well as regional firms. John's strong business and community background is bolstered through his time on Creditor Committees for Federated Department Stores and Maxicare Health and on the Board of Directors for First Republic and M Corp.
John graduated with a BBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and has taken and passed the Series 7 24 and 63 exams.
