John J. Jack Gavin has more than 25 years of experience leading multinational professional services and human capital management firms. His expertise in developing strategies that ensure profitable growth and deliver increasing shareholder value results from his experience in building strong client relationships, identifying high performing leadership talent, developing scalable and innovative offerings and creating organizations that value and deliver effective, high quality services for its customers. Jack also has extensive experience in both private and public companies, and has worked with a broad range of global clients in providing enhanced business systems, technology solutions and financial management services. Before joining DBM, Jack was President and Chief Operating Officer of Right Management Consultants. During his tenure, he guided the organization through significant growth and assimilation of more than 50 acquisitions worldwide. He is also known for creating a new global sales and delivery model which dramatically increased revenue with Global 500 organizations and increased the company’s market share of the career management and human resources market. Jack joined Right as Executive VP, Business Development in 1996. Previously, Jack had a successful 18-year career at Andersen Worldwide, where he held various Practice Leadership and Partner positions, including Partner for the Enterprise Group and Partner-in-Charge for the Manufacturing and Consumer Products Practice. He was a frequent industry speaker with extensive expertise in corporate finance, IPO’s, and mergers and acquisitions. A native of Philadelphia, Jack is involved in a variety of professional and community associations and boards, including Catholic Health East, Interline Brands Incorporated and GCA Service Incorporated. Jack received his BBA from Temple University in Philadelphia. |
