He is a retired founding partner of the Houston law firm of Buck, Keenan and Gage and served as corporate legal counsel to the Company from 1992 until his retirement in 2001. Mr. Buck is a graduate of Yale Law School and has over 31 years experience in general corporate and securities law and commercial litigation including transactional work in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Buck is a member of the Compensation Committee of First Investors. |
