Jack practices in the general business areas including: Mergers and acquisitions and general corporate work Commercial matters coupled with oversight and involvement in commercial litigation for business clients Real estate and real estate tax assessment matters General corporate work His clients are primarily small- to medium-sized businesses located throughout the Upper Midwest. The list includes manufacturing firms, franchises, shopping malls, distributors, manufacturer representatives, logging operations, medical clinics, sales promotion and fulfillment companies, and individuals with business and personal legal concerns.His civic and charitable involvement includes various community activities with emphasis on youth organizations. He also serves on the board and as an officer of numerous sailing organizations.Prior to joining Lindquist & Vennum, he clerked for Chief Justice Oscar Knutson of the Minnesota Supreme Court. |
