John McTyeire’s practice involves a broad range of corporate law issues. Mr. McTyeire advises clients on the legal aspects of business transactions, including the following:
General corporate and commercial matters, including corporate formation and dissolution, corporate maintenance, the negotiation of shareholders' agreements and employment agreements and other matters
Commercial contracts, including terms and conditions of sale and purchase, service agreements and sales representative agreements
Business due diligence in connection with sales, acquisitions and mergers
Transactions involving health care, biotechnology, bioprocessing and other technology-based business entities
Technology transfer and licensing agreements
While at Wake Forest University, Mr. McTyeire was an articles editor for the Wake Forest Law Review.
Prior to joining Parker Poe, Mr. McTyeire clerked for two years for the Honorable Robert H. Edmunds, Jr., Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of North Carolina. |
