John Groustra has over thirty-six years of hands-on manufacturing management experience. He provides a broad range of services to clients, with a focus on turnaround management, operations improvement, and merger and acquisition due diligence and post-acquisition integration consulting. His executive experience includes senior management positions at Peerless Steel Company and Detroit Tool Industries. He was employed as a consultant, advising troubled companies, at Arthur Andersen and in private practice. With a background in both operations and financial consulting, he brings a comprehensive perspective to client issues. Mr. Groustra is a Certified Public Accountant. He has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wabash College. He is a member of the American Society for Quality, the Society of Automotive Engineers, the Institute for Supply Management, the Automotive Industry Action Group, the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors. Mr. Groustra has written extensively for numerous publications, including Crain's Detroit Business, Automotive News, Plastics News and the University of Detroit Mercy International Law Forum. |
