John Dillon is a senior executive with over thirty-five years experience in the pharmaceutical industry and related healthcare fields. John spent twenty-two years at SmithKline (now GlaxoSmithKline) where he was most recently responsible for the business development functions, first for the U.S. and later worldwide pharmaceutical businesses. He also served as Vice President, Product Marketing, for the U.S. Pharmaceutical business, directed the strategic planning process for the global pharmaceutical business and developed global marketing plans for key corporate products. Later in his career, John directed the business development functions at United Medical Corporation, IBAH, Inc. (now Omnicare Clinical Research), MDS Pharma Services and Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He also directed the sales and marketing functions at Research Data Corporation (where he became CEO) and Acurian, Inc. As Senior Vice President, Marketing, at Auxilium, John managed all prelaunch and launch activities for the company's first commercial product, Testim®. John received his B.A. from Lafayette College and his M.B.A. from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania. |
