Represented developers in connection with the rezoning of properties for shopping centers and smaller retail projects.
Represented a national builder in connection with the rezoning of properties for residential projects comprised of single family homes and townhomes.
Represented developers and landowners in connection with involuntary and voluntary annexation issues.
