Mr. Clawson was elected as a director in May, 2002. From 1975 to 1993, Mr. Clawson served as Chief Executive Officer of Hill Rom, Inc. From 1994 to the date hereof, Mr. Clawson serves as the Chairman of the Board of Endocyte, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
