As a member of the Looney & Grossman Business Practice Group, John G. F. Ruggieri focuses his practice on real estate development law with significant experience in related business transactions and creation of entities for use in real estate dealings. John was born in Providence, Rhode Island (1965). He graduated cum laude from Boston University - School of Business Management in 1987 and received his law degree and graduated in the top third of his class from Suffolk University Law School in 1990. John is admitted to practice in the State and Federal courts in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and admitted to practice in the United States Claims Court in Washington D.C. John is a member of the Boston Bar and the Real Estate Bar Associations.Prior to joining Looney & Grossman, John's career included private practice in several law firms in the Boston and Cambridge area, where he concentrated in real estate law and related business entity creation. In addition, John served as Corporate Counsel, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of a privately held paper recycling corporation where his responsibilities included banking, sales, management, development, operations, finance and accounting, legal and human resources matters. John presently serves on the Board of Directors of E-Data Shred in Brockton, MA and East End House, a non-profit community center in Cambridge, MA, now in it’s 132nd year of service to the greater Cambridge area. |
