John Wheeler began his career at FI in 1978 and throughout his tenure has assumed positions of increasing responsibility including Regional Manager of Singapore in 1982. In 1999 John was elevated to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&I University in Kingsville, Texas and received a Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law in 1980. |
