Mr. Levy is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Board Advisory Services, a consulting firm which advises public companies in the areas of corporate governance, corporate compliance, financial reporting and financial strategies, and has extensive experience with entertainment, technology and consumer goods companies. Mr. Levy is a Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Gilman+Ciocia, Inc., a publicly traded company which provides tax preparation and financial planning services to individuals. Levy is a Certified Public Accountant with nine years' experience with the national public accounting firms of Ernst & Young, Laventhol & Horwath and Grant Thornton. |
