Mr. McGrath has served on the Endwave Board of Directors since January of 2005. Mr. McGrath is Vice President and CFO for Network Equipment Technologies, a position he has held since 2001. Prior to this, Mr. McGrath served as Vice President of Finance for Aspect Communications. Mr. McGrath received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Wyoming and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, with a focus on Finance and International Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California and is an active member of Financial Executives International. |
