John F. Levy has been Lead Director since September 2007 and a Director of the Company and Chair of the Audit Committee since September 2006. Mr. Levy is considered a financial expert under applicable rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Mr. Levy is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Board Advisory Services, a consulting firm which advises public companies in the areas of corporate governance, corporate compliance, financial reporting and financial strategies. Mr. Levy currently serves as audit committee chair and as a director of Take Two Interactive Software, Inc. Mr. Levy has served as chief financial officer of both public and private companies and is a Certified Public Accountant with nine years experience with the national public accounting firms of Ernst & Young, Laventhol & Horwath and Grant Thornton.
Mr. Levy is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and earned his MBA from St. Joseph's University. |
