John LaFountain is Senior Vice President and Senior Retail Loan Officer of Putnam Bank. He manages the Retail Loan function out of the Loan Center located on 50 Canal Street in Putnam. John joined the bank in 1995, bringing more than 15 years of banking experience to his position. A particular source of pride is the Toys for Tots Program. At the request of a retired Marine Officer and personal friend, John established Putnam Bank as a collection facility for toys to be distributed to less fortunate children within our communities during the holiday season. Each year the customers and employees of Putnam Bank embrace this worthwhile charity, making the holiday season special for many deserving families. John is a graduate of Worcester State College and holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. A native of Webster, he makes his home in Dayville. |
