John has been President and CEO of ServerVault since 2003. In this capacity, he sets the direction and vision for the company and has overall responsibility for the strategy, profitability, operations and market success of ServerVault. John brings to ServerVault more than 25 years of U.S. and international experience working in executive positions for some of the world’s largest and most demanding communications infrastucture firms, including most recently PSINet, where he was President and COO of the company's $700 million U.S. subsidiary. While at PSINet John had overall responsibility for divisions including Internet Connectivity, Web Hosting and Professional Services. John's accomplishments during his six-year tenure at PSINet, included the creation of PSINet's Carrier and ISP division, where he oversaw revenue growth from zero to $100 million in four years.Prior to PSINet, John held a series of executive positions in sales with MCI Communications. During John's ten-year stint at MCI, the company was achieving consistent annual revenue growth in excess of 15% - 20% and capturing hundreds of millions of dollars in market share at the expense of AT&T and other carriers.John currently serves on the board of ServerVault Corp. and numerous advisory boards. He is also active in a number of business organizations and charitable causes in the Northern Virginia area. |
