John F. Kolla, Sr. is a Vice President, Interim Chief Financial Officer, and Controller. As Controller, he is responsible for the company’s accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, and cash management functions, as well as overseeing the investment portfolio. Effective April 2006, Mr. Kolla was appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer and assumed responsibility for overseeing Access Group’s strategic planning, financing, investor reporting, and risk management functions.
Prior to joining Access Group in 2002, he served as Director of Finance at Liggett Group, Inc., Vice President of Finance for Oxford Finance Corporation, and Vice President in the Finance and Consumer Lending Divisions of PNC Bank Corporation. He holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Temple University and an M.B.A. in Finance from LaSalle University. Mr. Kolla is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of CPAs. |
