John is a frequent advisor in merger and acquisition transactions. John is also a regular advisor to lenders, borrowers, venture capital investors and business start-ups. John also provides advice on contract and shareholder and partnership issues. With a particular knowledge of and experience in business dealings in the countries of Western Europe and Latin America, John F. Gaebler regularly counsels and represents corporate clients in various international joint ventures and other transactions. He has lived in Europe and Latin America and speaks French and Spanish. John is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School and received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Milwaukee Bar Association.
