John F. DePodesta is the founder, Executive Vice President and Board Member of Primus Telecommunications Group, Inc., a global communications service provider of integrated voice, data, Internet and Web hosting services to over 3.5 million customers in North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia. Formerly, he served as Senior Vice President of Law and Public Policy of Genesis Health Ventures, Inc. From 1979-1993, he was a partner with Pepper Hamilton, LLP, a private law practice specializing in regulated industries, business transactions, corporate restructurings and governance. DePodesta is a member of the Board of Directors of the Educational Credit Management Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law. |
