John F. Billings John represents the interests of businesses in federal and state court litigation. He has extensive experience in defending toxic tort litigation involving petro-chemicals and Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material. He also focuses his practice on both prosecution and defense of commercial and bankruptcy litigation. As counsel for a major inland river owner and operator, John developed experience in the area of maritime law, including Jones Act, Longshore and Harbor Workers Act and regulatory issues.
