Mr. Simmons' practice focuses on real estate transactional work for telecommunications clients, assisting with all aspects of cellular telecommunications site development work, including negotiating and drafting licenses, leases and other contracts and agreements. Mr. Simmons oversees local, state and federal environmental, wetlands, and historic preservation (NEPA) permitting / due diligence efforts in relation to these projects.
Additionally, Mr. Simmons’ clients include a national developer of luxury apartment buildings. He works with this client on their regional development and leasing efforts. In addition, Mr. Simmons advises various firm clients regarding general real estate matters.

Assist luxury apartment developer with transformation of blighted former warehouse site into luxury apartment complex in urban setting. Prepared zoning opinion in connection with financing of project and assisted with preparation of tenant leases.
Assisted with the development of over 400 wireless communication sites throughout New England, reviewing and advising clients on all aspects of site pre-construction due diligence including title, leasing, zoning, permitting, and federal environmental compliance issues.
Advise non-profit corporation relative to leasing of 12,0000 sq. ft. office space and related mortgage transaction.
