During the past five years at FTG, John has leveraged his experience and knowledge of banking software applications, personnel management, and financial institution operations to effectively handle product and customer issues as Director of Product Services. As Director and Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), John ensures daily tasks and responsibilities of client management are carried out in an effective and efficient manner. This includes many of the aspects of our main-frame and server based products - product design, quality assurance testing, implementation, customer support and training. As FTG has branched into new directions over the past several years, John has become directly involved with product sales via on-line presentations, trade shows and client visitations. John has the ability, energy and dedication to lead the services group as we expand into the future. |
