John Grupp is a trial lawyer who concentrates his litigation practice on products liability, professional malpractice, personal injury and related torts and insurance coverage and defense.
Mr. Grupp counsels and represents various clients including medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers, health care providers, engineers and engineering companies, architecture firms, insurance companies and public utilities. Mr. Grupp has experience in both state and federal court in the tort and insurance areas including:
