John E. Graham, Jr. serves as vice president of business affairs for International Speedway Corporation. He assumed his current duties in 2002 after serving as president of Daytona International Speedway since 1994. In his position, Graham helps coordinate the company's government and political efforts, particularly with new track development.
Born in Jacksonville, Fla., Graham spent 26 years in the banking industry in Florida, most recently as president of First Union National Bank, Volusia and Flagler counties. He holds a BA in American History from Clearwater Christian College, Clearwater, Fla., completed a graduate program in commercial banking at the University of Oklahoma, and served in the U.S. Army.
Graham has taken leadership roles in numerous civic organizations in the Volusia County area including United Way, The Daytona Beach/ Halifax Area Chamber, Florida International Festival, The Museum of Arts & Sciences, Easter Seal Society, and The Civic League.
Graham is a past president of the Halifax Medial Center Foundation. He currently chairs Volusia County’s Business Development Partnership, and serves on the boards of Floridian Bank and Daytona Beach Community College. |
