Mr. Ford is a Principal with responsibility for the firm s Executive Compensation Consulting Practice. Mr. Ford has 20 years compensation consulting experience and 15 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Stone Partners, Mr. Ford served as Managing Director of J. E. Stone & Associates for four years and was the Manager of the Houston office of The Wyatt Company for three years. From 1997 through April 2000, Mr. Ford was Vice President, Corporate Resources for Dynegy Inc. (a long standing client). Mr. Ford has served in human resources management positions for Schlumberger North America, Roy Huffington Inc., Digital Equipment Corporation and Cities Services Company. Mr. Ford has extensive experience designing equity and cash based executive compensation programs, Board of Directors compensation, market benchmarking, job value measurement, international compensation and sales incentive programs. Mr. Ford has provided consulting services to varied companies such as Consolidated Graphics, Dynegy Inc. (formerly Natural Gas Clearinghouse), Varco International, Apache Corporation, Powell Electrical Manufacturing Co., MetroBank, Enron Oil and Gas, Input/Output, Inc., Quanex, Core Laboratories, Ultra Petroleum, First Victoria National Bank, Principal Financial Securities and SCF Partners. Mr. Ford holds BS and MBA degrees from Oklahoma State University and is also an adjunct professor in the Graduate College of Economics and Business at Houston Baptist University.
