John Curzon is a Certified Public Accountant Accredited in Business Valuation, Certified Valuation Analyst, Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor and a Graduate of the University of Kansas, with a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration.
His major areas of practice include business valuation, merger and acquisition consulting, business organization and strategic planning, income tax consultation, financial planning services, estate and retirement planning, operational strategies and business succession planning.
Curzon is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants. Curzon is the Chairman of the Professional Ethics Committee of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the Editorial Board of the OSCPA CPAFocus professional magazine and a contributing author.
