John E. Beerbower is a partner in the Firm’s Litigation Department where his practice focuses on commerical litigation, mergers and acquisitions and competition issues in connection with mergers and acquisitions.
John was born in Columbus, Ohio. He joined Cravath in 1974 and became a partner in 1980.
