John E. Anderson, MD, is in private practice in Internal Medicine and Diabetes at The Frist Clinic, Nashville, Tennessee, and is a member of their Executive Committee. He is a past medical director of the Diabetes Treatment Center at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, from 1989-1997.
Dr. Anderson received his medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, Nashville, in 1986. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency training at Vanderbilt University-affiliated hospitals from 1986 to 1989.
He is past chairman of the Department of Medicine of Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee, and is board certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Anderson is a member of American Healthways’ Medical Advisory Council, and was instrumental in the development of American Healthways’ Cardiac HealthwaysSM product. |
