John Delahanty joined Pierce Atwood in 1978. His environmental practice focuses primarily on matters involving Maine’s Natural Resource Protection laws, land use, water quality, and solid waste issues. Using the experience he acquires through participating in the legislative/governmental relations process, John represents parties seeking fair treatment from the government-whether through the legislative, rulemaking or licensing processes. John also has assisted numerous clients concerned with complex environmental legislation. John's work also includes participation in rulemaking and securing favorable administrative rulings and opposing unfavorable actions before the Bureau of Insurance, Department of Agriculture, Department of Conservation, and Department of Environmental Protection. |
