John D. Waclawski, Jr. is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the area of litigation, with a particular emphasis in Commercial Law and Technology Law. Mr. Waclawski is a member of the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and United States District Courts for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Southern District of West Virginia, and Eastern District of Michigan. He is also admitted to practice before the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Mr. Waclawski graduated cum laude from Georgetown University in 1994 with a B.A. in American Government/Political Theory. He received his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 1998. Mr. Waclawski has written about topical litigation issues for various publications, including the National Business Institute’s Continuing Legal Education Program and the American Bar Association's Sectional Journals. |
