John Sullivan's practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, particularly those involving purchase and sale, construction and development, Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, title insurance, leasing, financing, and on sustainable development including green building construction and leasing.
My approach to client service can be summarized as ‘forward looking.’ My goal is to do my job in a way that prevents future problems for our clients. By paying close attention to details and by looking ahead, I’m able to address potential problems before they arise.
John represents buyers, sellers, developers, lenders, borrowers, landlords and tenants. He has substantial experience in leasing, mobile home park financing, planned residential development, condominiums, and issues relating to Indian land.
John’s expertise adds value for clients beyond the transaction itself. When we help clients conclude their real estate transactions quickly and cost-effectively, they can move forward and focus on what they do best their own businesses knowing that we’re protecting their interests. |
