Mr. Geary served as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a director of Midland Enterprises Inc. an inland marine transportation company from 1974 to 1988. He recently completed 20 years of service on the Board of Directors of Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati Ohio. Mr. Geary has been a Director of ABX Air since January 2004 and is a member of the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Governance Committee. |
