Experience:
John Ferrell represents clients in the areas of banking and finance and mergers and acquisitions. His practice also includes leveraged finance, private equity acquisitions, and banking and broker-dealer regulatory advisory work. He joined Mayer Brown as a partner in 2006. In addition to having been a Managing Director of Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch and previously working with several important east coast law firms and companies, John is a former senior counsel of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
