John D. Dellinger is an attorney in the firm's Chemical and Litigation Practice Groups. He is interested in all areas of patent prosecution and litigation.
Dr. Dellinger received his Juris Doctor from The College of William and Mary. He received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from North Carolina State University. He also received his Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from N.C. State. Dr. Dellinger practiced veterinary medicine for seven years prior to attending law school. His veterinary practice focused primarily on food animal and equine medicine and surgery, with an emphasis on preventative medicine, nutritional consultation, and reproductive management.
Dr. Dellinger is admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Virginia and is a registered patent attorney with the U. S. Patent and Trademark Office. |
