John Danforth, senior legal advisor, joined Rambus in October 2001 and leads its strategy to leverage innovations created by the engineering team. Prior to Rambus, Mr. Danforth served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary for Niku Corporation, an enterprise software applications company. Mr. Danforth joined Niku Corporation from Creative Labs, a manufacturer of PC peripherals, where he was vice president and general counsel. Earlier, he worked for nine years at the law firm of Morrison and Foerster, including six years as partner. Mr. Danforth holds a bachelor's degree from Yale College and a JD from Columbia Law School. He is a member of the bar associations of California and New York. |
