Mr. Brown is of counsel in the Cleveland office of the law firm of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. Mr. Brown received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado, and his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He practices in the area of municipal law, having been a municipal law director for 32 years, zoning and land use litigation, environmental and general litigation. Mr. Brown has been involved in many facets of environmental law. He was a Hearing Examiner appointed by the Attorney General of Ohio to hear contested matters for the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency. Mr. Brown has been counsel for the Cuyahoga County Solid Waste Management District, and has handled administrative proceedings before the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, the Environmental Board of Review, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. |
