John Antes is president of Progress West HealthCare Center, a new Hospital opening in southern St. Charles County near the intersection of Highways 40 and K. The first phase of the Hospital will include 72 beds, a 24-hour Emergency Department, medical/surgical inpatient care, outpatient surgery, diagnostic services, obstetrics and physician offices. The hospital staff will place a special emphasis on service excellence, convenience and family-centered care.
When completed in late 2006, Progress West HealthCare Center will be the first and only Hospital in the southern section of St. Charles County, which has twice the projected growth rate of St. Charles County, already among the fastest growing regions in the United States. The Hospital will have the ability to expand in the future to meet emerging health-care needs of the community. |
