John West is a founding principal of Donaldson, Holman & West, P.C. and has over 23 years of experience in public accounting. John has devoted most of his time to providing in-depth accounting, taxation and consulting services to closely held businesses. John currently serves as the Principal-in-Charge of the firm's small business services division, as well as providing consulting on the firm's construction accounting and auditing engagements. His industry experience includes construction, professional services, employee benefit plans and high net worth individuals. John also has significant experience in planning for special situations such as mergers, buy-outs, liquidations and other business transactions.
